Shipping
All orders typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive, though many orders may arrive sooner, depending on the availability of the items you’ve purchased. Please note that expedited shipping is not currently available.
We proudly ship to almost any address worldwide, though some restrictions apply to certain products. Certain items may not be available for international shipping, so please check product details for eligibility.
Shipping Rates & Charges
Our shipping rates are flat-rate and calculated based on the weight of your order. You can find the weight of each item on its product page. In accordance with our carriers’ policies, we round up all weights to the nearest pound. If an upgraded shipping method is required (such as for large international shipments), we will notify you of any additional shipping charges.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
Once your order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If you experience any issues, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to assist you. As a small business, we are committed to your satisfaction and will support you through the process as much as possible.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive full tracking information via email and/or SMS. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Return & Exchange Policy
For health and safety reasons related to COVID-19, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at offtheyardd9@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
While Off The Yard is not responsible for missing or lost packages once tracking shows “delivered,” we care about your satisfaction and insure all shipments for peace of mind. Be sure to use the provided tracking number to follow your order until it arrives.
If your tracking shows delivery, but you haven’t received your package, please check with your mailman, neighbors, or building manager/mailroom first. If you still can’t locate it, reach out to us, and we’ll assist in filing a claim. Depending on the outcome, we may or may not be able to replace your order.
